Auburn resident selected as president of state wildlife group

Frank Boyd of Auburn was recently selected as the president of the Alabama Wildlife Federation for the 2013-14 term.

Boyd, who currently serves as the state director for Alabama and Caribbean Islands of USDA Wildlife Services, was selected as president for the 2013-14 term during the organization’s annual meeting Aug. 3, according to a news release sent out by the AWF. Boyd, a certified wildlife biologist, has served on the AWF Board of Directors for 10 years.
