Auburn High School was ranked the fourth best high school in the state of Alabama by U.S. News & World Report.
"It really means we have outstanding teachers and outstanding students," said Dr. Todd Freeman, AHS principal. "They work hard, and the whole idea of that ranking system has to do with what schools are doing to prepare students for college. It measures the rigor of the courses you're offering and the number of students in advanced courses."
