Exercise program available for persons with disabilities

Auburn University offers a free, accessible fitness program, specifically designed for individuals with disabilities, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday throughout the semester from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in Beard-Eaves-Memorial Coliseum, room 1129. The fitness program is not a class but a program that provides accommodation for an individual's needs during exercise training. The focus is on accessible weight training, accessible cardiovascular training and assisted exercise in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.
