MONTGOMERY — The Auburn University Board of Trustees met Friday morning on the Auburn University at Montgomery campus, where various graduate and master’s certificates were approved, regulations were updated for the Auburn University Regional Airport, and John Blackwell and Sam Ginn, serving on their last board meeting as trustees, were honored.

The board approved proposed certificates offered at Auburn University, including a graduate certificate in brewing sciences and a master’s in turfgrass management. According to AU Provost Timothy Boosinger, the certificate in brewing sciences would cover 18 credit hours and would be an online course focused on distance learning for those interested in brewing.
