Auburn University vet school offers large animal emergency response course

Farmers, veterinarians and emergency responders from across the nation attended a two-day course in large animal emergency response Saturday and Sunday at the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine.

Taught by Dr. Rebecca Gimenez, the course used classroom activities and hands-on training to prepare its students for emergency situations involving large animals.
