Auburn University’s Department of Agriculture dedicated a newly-renovated Biological Engineering Research Laboratory (BERL) in a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday.
The $6 million renovation was funded in part by a National Science Foundation grant and the Alabama Agricultural Experiment Station. The 22,800-square-foot facility features advanced technology that students and administrators say will benefit the university in a variety of ways.
