On Saturday, a jury found Clarence Whatley guilty of first-degree sodomy stemming from a series of incidents with an underage girl in the latter part of 2011.

Whatley, 45, of Auburn, was formerly an on-air radio personality for The Eagle 95.9 WQSI before being arrested in January 2012 for allegedly touching a 7-year old girl in an inappropriate manner. Court documents indicate that the incidents occurred between November and December 2011. Whatley was indicted in February 2012.
