The attorneys for Desmonte Leonard are hoping to have their client visit the scene of a deadly shooting that occurred in Auburn last June and to have a trial by the end of the year.
During a status hearing Thursday afternoon, attorneys Susan James and Jeffery Duffey upheld their longtime request for Leonard to be able to visit University Heights Apartments in Auburn, where three people were killed and three others were injured.
