Auburn Police Division

   » Theft of article from a vehicle was reported Friday on Stonegate Drive after a black Glock .40-caliber semi-automatic pistol was taken from a white 2007 Chevrolet Silverado between 7:30 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday.

   » Theft of property was reported Friday on Mell Street after a black HP laptop computer was taken between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Friday.

   » First-degree theft of property and third-degree criminal mischief were reported Friday on Golf Club Drive after assorted jewelry, assorted sunglasses, assorted handmade scarfs, 75 purses, 30 wallets and a black plastic bag were taken between Sept. 27 and Friday.

   » Second-degree theft of property was reported Friday on Wire Road after a silver Dolce road bike was taken between 7 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

   » First-degree theft of property was reported Friday on Westminster Court after a black metal utility trailer and a red Polaris recreational vehicle were taken between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Friday.

   » Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card was reported Saturday on Davis Drive after $1,200 in fraudulent charges were made between Aug. 27 and 11 p.m. Sept. 16.

   » Leaving the scene of an accident was reported Saturday on North College Street after an incident occurred between 2 and 2:02 a.m. Saturday.

   » Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported Saturday on South College Street after a black Apple iPhone cellular phone, a white iPhone, an Apple iTouch music player, a black HTC cellular phone and a black Ralph Lauren watch were taken from a red 2006 Chevrolet Silverado between 10:15 p.m. Friday and 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

   » Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported Saturday on South College Street after a backpack with school books were taken from a white 2000 Ford Ranger between 11:45 p.m. Friday and 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

   » First-degree theft of property was reported Saturday on Wire Road after a gold Chevrolet Suburban was taken between 9:50 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

   » Second-degree theft of property was reported Sunday on East Thach Avenue after a brown purse, a Compass Bank credit and debit card, $60 in cash, a wallet and keys to an apartment and vehicle were taken between 9 and 11 p.m. Saturday.

   » Burglary was reported Sunday on Center Place after a 42-inch Vizio television and two Lenovo laptop computers were taken between 10 p.m. Friday and noon Sunday.

   » First-degree theft of property was reported Sunday on Queens Way after a Buck Commander crossbow, an Apple iPad 2 tablet computer, a touch-screen HP laptop computer, an assortment of tools, a tool box, a 12-volt drill and a Ryobi angle grinder were taken between 10 p.m. Saturday and 9:20 a.m. Sunday.

   » Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported Sunday on Yeager Lane after a black Bersa handgun, a black rearview mirror and a black gearshift were taken from a white 2006 Ford F-150 truck between 2 and 8:20 a.m. Sunday.

   » Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported Sunday on Hemlock Driver after a Kenwood amplifier and two black Pioneer speakers were taken from a silver 2008 Toyota Tundra between 2 and 4 a.m. Sunday.

   » Theft of lost property was reported Friday at 2190 Tiger Town Parkway (Home Depot) after a wallet with identification, several bank cards, an Alabama driver’s license and $280 were taken at 12:08 p.m.

   » Burglary was reported Friday in the 300 block of North 25 th Street after a residence was broken into between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Friday. Nothing was reported missing.

   » Burglary and theft of property were reported Saturday in the 3400 block of Dale Avenue after a PlayStation 3 gaming console was taken between 5 p.m. Thursady and 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

   » Burglary and theft of property were reported Saturday in the 400 block of Westwood Street after a 52-inch Samsung flat-screen television, a Sony PlayStation 3 gaming console and seven PlayStation games were taken between 8 and 8:50 p.m. Saturday.

   » Robbery was reported Saturday at 1017 Columbus Parkway (Subway) after an undisclosed amount of money was taken between 11:41 and 11:45 p.m. Saturday.

   » First-degree theft of property was reported Friday in the 700 block of Lee Road 227 in Smiths Station after a yellow 2001 BMW 330 car was taken between 8:50 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday.

   » Second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia were reported Friday in the 70 block of Lee Road 632 in Opelika after two pill bottles full of marijuana, a red marijuana smoking pipe and a brown box of marijuana seeds were recovered at 9:53 a.m. Friday.

   » Second-degree theft of property and second-degree criminal trespass were reported Friday in the 1100 block of Lee Road 279 in Salem after a hay trailer was taken between 8:32 a.m. Thursday and 8:35 a.m. Friday.

   » Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and third-degree theft of property were reported Friday in the 100 block of Lee Road 702 in Opelika after $45 in loose change was taken from a white 1997 GMC Sierra between 11 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

   » Third-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property were reported Saturday in the 4000 block of Lee Road 159 after 10 pieces of personal clothing and 10 pieces of personal jewelry were taken between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday.

   » Curtis Brewer, 57, of Lanett was arrested and charged with second-degree theft of lost property.

   » Devan Ty McCormick, 57, of Lanett was arrested Monday and charged with second-degree theft of property.

   » Tyler Alan Cole, 22, of Winfield, Ill. was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with driving under the influence (combined substances).

   » Ervin Montrel Elzie, 19, of Montgomery was arrested Wednesday and charged with driving under the influence (alcohol).

   » Van Edgar Rogers, 41, of Tuskegee was arrested Wednesday and charged with driving under the influence (alcohol), violating his probation and failure to appear for second-degree bail jumping.

   » Stephanie Megan Riddle, 20, of Niceville, Fla. was arrested Thursday and charged with driving under the influence (alcohol).

   » Devon Fred Moreland, 28, of Daviston was arrested Friday and charged with driving under the influence (alcohol).
