Coming in April, Auburn University students and the public at large will get one final chance to roll the dying Toomer’s Oaks before they are removed.

Following the A-Day football game on April 20, Auburn University and the city of Auburn will host a “Celebrate the Tradition” block party at Toomer’s Corner to roll the famous trees. According to Dan King, assistant vice president of facilities at AU, the trees would likely be removed within a week or two following the game.
