- Theft from a residence was reported Monday on White Street after someone took an LCD HDTV sometime between 10:30 and 11:50 a.m.
- Illegal possession or use of a credit card and theft from a bank was reported Monday on Lee Road 55 after someone took an ATM card and made six fraudulent purchases worth a total of $267 sometime between 8 a.m. June 27 and 1:45 p.m. Monday.
- Burglary of a residence was reported Monday on Lee Road 84 after someone did $500 worth of damage to a double-pane glass door sometime between 6 and 7:40 p.m.
- Shoplifting was reported Monday at Chevron on South College Street after someone took 12 cigars sometime between 8:54 and 8:55 p.m.
- Larceny was reported Monday on Shell Toomer Parkway after someone took a circular saw, a jack tamp, a portable generator, an auger and a saw sometime between 3:30 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Monday.
- Theft of other vehicles was reported Monday on Lee Road 91 after someone took a Honda four-wheeler sometime between 3 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Monday.
- Burglary of a residence was reported Monday at Gentilly Trailer Park on Lee Road 53 after an incident occurred sometime between 1:30 p.m. Wednesday and 10:52 a.m.

- Burglary of a residence and theft were reported Monday at Ridgewood Village Trailer Park on Webster Road after someone took a rifle, an LCD TV and a laptop computer sometime between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 2 p.m. Thursday.
- Burglary of a residence was reported Monday on White Street after someone did $250 worth of damage to a door and doorframe sometime between 10:30 and 11:50 a.m.
- Theft from a public building was reported Monday at Chevron on North College Street after someone took $350 and various cigarette packs and smokeless tobacco cans sometime between 8 a.m. June 4 and 9 a.m. Saturday.

- Burglary and theft of property were reported Monday at a residence in the 1200 block of Spring Street after someone took a gold-color engagement ring with three diamonds, a gold ring with nine amethysts stones and assorted gold rings sometime between 6:30 a.m. and 3 p.m., July 7.
- Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property were reported Monday at the Opelika Post Office in the 500 block South Seventh Street after someone took an Auburn University purse with Florida driver’s license, Social Security card, an unknown amount of currency, three sterling silver rings, a gold ring with six stones and another gold ring at 1 p.m., July 7.
- Burglary and theft of property were reported Monday at Novus Technologies in the 600 block of Walker Street after someone took an 18-volt cordless drill sometime between 6 p.m., June 27 and 7 a.m., July 7.
- Burglary and theft of property were reported Monday at a residence in the 1100 block of Lake Street after someone took a 30-foot extension aluminum ladder sometime between 6 p.m., July 3 and 8:30 a.m., July 7.
- Burglary was reported Monday at Saxon Oil Company in the 100 block of First Avenue after someone entered a building sometime between noon, July 5 and 7 a.m., July 7.
