It was a good weekend for Auburn’s softball and baseball teams.

MONTGOMERY — Goalkeeper Matt Harris earned the shutout as the Auburn High boys soccer team beat R.E. Lee, 6-0, Monday night.
Jack Key Golf Facility dedicated Monday
The new home of Auburn men’s and women’s golf — the Jack Key Golf Teaching Facility — was officially dedicated during a ceremony Monday at the Auburn University Club at Yarbrough Farms.

Reeltown’s O’Neal named Player of the Year again

PHENIX CITY — The Auburn High baseball team made short work of Central on Friday night, sweeping a doubleheader, 16-2 and 16-1.
The Tigers combined for 17 hits in Game 1, with Harry Haring going 3-for-3 with a grand slam and five RBI.
