HOOVER — Within an hour inside the Wynfrey Hotel’s second-floor ballroom Wednesday, the SEC’s culture clash surfaced.
Auburn football coach Gus Malzahn believes in the up-tempo, no-huddle offense. It’s his invention, his baby. He nurtured it as a high school coach in Arkansas. He’ll bring it to Auburn this season, expecting the Tigers offense to be fastest in the nation.
