AU softball Myers
Auburn filled its softball coaching vacancy Friday when it enticed two-time NCAA national champion Clint Myers to leave Arizona State, where he led teams to the Women's College World Series seven times in eight seasons. Myers is the second softball coach in Auburn history, replacing founder Tina Deese after 17 seasons.

Auburn outfielder Morgan Estell scribbled notes as her new softball coach introduced himself Friday to local media.
Never mind being a college student in the middle of summer. Estell was studious, wanting to better know Clint Myers, who left Arizona State with a sparkling resume to become the second softball head coach in Auburn history.
