If you ask a handful of college athletes the one thing that they try to bring to their respective teams, you would expect to hear the same cliché answers.

Some might say 100 percent effort in every practice and game. Others might talk about a responsibility to take charge and lead their team. You would also expect to hear a line or two about trying to be consistent.
