Opelika’s Stephen Roberts grew up an Auburn fan. He always wanted to play for the Tigers, and even held a scholarship offer from the school.

However, the four-star cornerback was hesitant about committing to go there with the Tigers coming off a three-win season and a coaching change. But with Auburn in the midst of the biggest turnaround in college football, and Roberts growing comfortable with head coach Gus Malzahn and his staff, the cornerback felt it was time to make his childhood dream a reality.
