LG436 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed proposals will be received from pre-qualified bidders by Mr. Walker Davis on behalf of Ron Burgess, Executive Vice President of Auburn University at 1161 West Samford Avenue, Auburn University, AL 36849 until 3:00 PM Central Time, December 12, 2019 for: 18-459 Goodwin Hall New Professional Recording Studio AUBURN UNIVERSITY at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read in Facilities Management Building One, Training Room A/B A. SCOPE OF WORK: The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Renovation of existing spaces to become a professional recording studio. Work involves hazmat abatement, door and frame replacement, flooring replacement, acoustical treatments to walls and ceilings, wood frame acoustical walls, insulation installation, new lighting and lighting controls, and electrical distribution improvements. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held on December 5, 2019 at 3:30 P.M.
