LG559 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed proposals will be received from pre-qualified bidders by Mr. Walker Davis on behalf of Ron Burgess, Executive Vice President of Auburn University at 1161 West Samford Avenue, Auburn University, AL 36849 until 3:00 PM Central Time, February 11, 2020 for: 19-404 Jordan-Hare Stadium Restoration & Maintenance For 2019-20 AUBURN UNIVERSITY at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read in Facilities Management Building One, Training Room A/B A. SCOPE OF WORK: The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: The project consist of the removal and replacement of deck coatings, removal and replacement broken and/or spalled concrete/masonry, handrail and bleacher repair, control and expansion joints repair and replacement, joint sealants and miscellaneous painting. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held on January 28, 2020 at 9:00 A.M. CST at the Jordan-Hare Stadium Gate 8 (Pre-Bid meeting will include extensive walk-through of the scope of work.
