LG423 LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF ALABAMA, COUNTY OF LEE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, Default having been made in that certain indebtedness by a mortgage executed by Jerome Morgan in favor C & J Investments, LLC on January 7, 2019, which said mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, in Volume 4442 at Page 140. Said default continuing, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder in front of the courthouse door of said county, between the legal hours of sale on the 5th day of December, 2019, the following described property, to-wit: Part of Section 27, Township 18 North, Range 29 East, Lee County, Alabama, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Southeast corner of said Section 27 and run South 86 degrees 30 minutes West 2960 feet to an iron pin; thence run North 02 degrees 38 minutes West 2130.27 feet to an iron pin marking the POINT OF BEGINNING. From said Point of Beginning run South 73 degrees 20 minutes West 87.5 feet; thence run South 02 degrees 38 minutes East 200 feet; thence run North 86 degrees 30 minutes East 88.12 feet; thence run North 02 degrees 38 minutes West 200 feet to the iron pin marking the POINT OF BEGINNING. The above described property is also known as Lot 2, Block B, LEE PLAZA, a subdivision shown on a plat recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama in Plat Book 6 at Page 109. The above described property is to be sold and conveyed subject to those conditions and restrictions filed of record and all valid and enforceable easements of record, and subject to any existing federal tax liens, if any and/or special assessments, if any, which might adversely affect title to the subject property, for the purpose of satisfaction of the debt secured by the aforesaid mortgage and proceeds derived from the sale thereunder will be applied as directed in said mortgage.
