Fulmer, a married couple, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Academy Mortgage Corporation, and recorded in Mortgage Book 4023 at Page 251 on November 19, 2013, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred or assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as reflected by instrument recorded in Mortgage Book 4052, Page 898 of the same Office.
