Moore, Reg. No. 2470, which said plat is recorded in Deed Book 1370, Page 201, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, and run N89 degrees 36' 00" E for a distance of 597.95 feet to an iron pin, thence run N10 degrees 15' 00''W for a distance of 142.97 feet to an iron pin, thence run N 89 degrees 29'23"W for a distance of 570.19 feet to an iron pin located on the Eastern margin of said Lee Road No. 602, thence run along said Eastern margin of said Lee Road No. 602, S00 degrees 53' 19" W for a distance of 149.96 feet to the iron pin at the point of beginning.
