LG604 MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Brandon S. Tew and Kristin A. Tew, husband and wife, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Amerigroup Mortgage Corporation a Division of Mortgage Investors Corporation, on the 27th day of February, 2013, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, in Book 3958 Page 154; the undersigned Freedom Mortgage Corporation, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Opelika, Lee County, Alabama, on April 2, 2020, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Lee County, Alabama, to-wit: Parcel One: Lot numbers 9 and 10 Block 6 of Unit Number 1 of Lakeview Shores Subdivision, in Lee County, Alabama, a plat of same being of record in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, in Town Plat Book 4, Page 41 A and B, together with easements in to on and over all roads and community beaches and parks on the Lakeview Shores. The above described property being subject to restriction as shown in Exhibit A paragraph I and II of that certain deed being recorded in Deed Volume 875, Pages 168, 169 and 170, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, and subject also to reservation by previous owner of said property of the right to install telephone and electric wires, gas and water mains or to license or permit the same to be done in, upon or over the said property.
