ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE Default having been made in the payment of the debt secured by that certain mortgage executed by Chad C. Campbell and Marcie R. Campbell, Mortgagors, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Suntrust Mortgage, Inc., Mortgagee, on July 30, 2004 said mortgage being recorded in the Probate Office of Lee County, Alabama on August 25, 2004 in Deed Book 3134, Page 346, by reason of such default, having declared all the indebtedness secured by said mortgage due and payable, and such default continuing, notice is hereby given that, acting under the power of sale contained in said mortgage, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/ b/ a Christiana Trust as Trustee for PNPMS Trust II will sell at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door in Opelika City, Lee County, Alabama during the legal hours of sale on July 16, 2020 the following described real estate situated in Lee County, Alabama, to wit: Lot thirty-eight (38), Grey Hawk Subdivision, lying in Section 2, Township 17 North, Range 29 East, Lee County, Alabama, as shown upon a map or plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 86, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, which plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by this specific reference. Said conveyance is made subject to all valid and enforceable easements and restrictions of records, including but not limited to the Restrictive Covenants recorded in Misc. Volume 1265, Page 830, aforesaid records. This conveyance is subject to that certain Mortgage in favor of SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. dated July 30, 2004, and recorded in Volume 3134, Page 325, aforesaid records.
