LG157 NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE STATE OF ALABAMA COUNTY OF LEE Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Carroll L Webb Unmarried Man to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc., its successors and assigns dated July 7, 2017; said mortgage being recorded on July 20, 2017, in Book 4322, Page 219 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama. Said Mortgage was last sold, assigned and transferred to SunTrust Bank by assignment recorded in Deed Book 4450, Page 337 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama.
