THIS BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO ALBERT E. CHAMBERS BY THAT CERTAIN DEED DATED MAY 28, 2003, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 2238, PAGE 782, IN THE OFFICE OF THE JUDGE OF PROBATE OF LEE COUNTY, ALABAMA. Together with the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
