LG591 MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on October 8, 2009 by Matthew Brown, a married man, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for MetLife Home Loans, a Division of MetLife Bank, N.A., and recorded in Mortgage Book 3689 at Page 772 on October 15, 2009, and modified in agreement recorded July 18, 2016 in Mortgage Book 4231 Page 354, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred or assigned to WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF QUERCUS MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST as reflected by instrument recorded in Mortgage Book 4172, Page 784; Mortgage Book 4522, Page 572 and Mortgage Book 4537, Page 228 of the same Office.
