Is Yeezus trolling us?

Kanye West has been acting very strange on Twitter lately (strange even for Kanye). Some have suggested the rapper/songwriter/fashion designer might be on the verge of a breakdown, or even worse, he’s just messing with us. The concern over his well-being has increased with the release of his latest single since 2016, a single that’s kind of crappy. Literally.

If you were to take a listen to “Lift yourself” on KanyeWest.com you might notice it has some rather usual lyrics. “Lift yourself back on your feet, let’s get it on,” a woman starts to sing over a beat. That is followed by: “Scoop ditty poop…poop ditty scoop poop.” Then the 40-year-old rapper gets to the big finish with, “Woop ditty scoop poop…poop…poop.”

That’s right, Kanye West, the Grammy Award winning artist, just released a song about “poop.”

The dope excrement track might be just the tip of the iceberg. Kanye also received criticism for his defense of President Trump.  The two have developed quite a bromance. "The mob can't make me not love him," Kanye said during a Twitter rant. The rapper says the two share a special connection, both possessing what he calls, "dragon energy."

In fact, Kanye has been flooding the social media airwaves with a ton of cryptic messages. “Sometimes you have to get rid of everything,” he recently posted. Many believe that is a reference to West cutting off contact with multiple people within his inner circle. Kanye has allegedly been pushing away his closest friends even firing his long time managers and lawyers, according to multiple reports.

Trouble might also be brewing in the Kardashian family, and surprise, it’s all Kanye West’s fault. There have been conflicting reports on the severity of the disagreements between Kanye and his stepmother, Kris Jenner.  “She sees how erratic he’s acting and is most concerned about her daughter’s brand," a source told People. "She’s also trying to be a good mother-in-law, so he’s having explosive issues with her too. Everyone is really, really worried.”

Another source told People that this is all blown out of proposition, and reports that he is having a mental breakdown are "unfair.”

What do you think? Is Kanye West having a mental breakdown or is this just Kanye being Kanye?
