>First-degree theft of property was reported in the 1000 block of North Donahue Drive.

>Sue Ann Purcell, 39, of Tallassee, was arrested and charged with two counts of third-degree burglary and two counts of fourth-degree theft of property.

>Amelia Grace Davis was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

>Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle was reported in the 600 block of North 14th Court.

Valley Police Department

>First-degree theft of property was reported in the 80 block of Trammell Avenue.

>Second-degree criminal mischief was reported in the 3500 block of 20th Avenue.

>First-degree theft of property was reported in the 1100 block of County Road 503.

>Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property were reported in the 300 block of Hodge Street.

Opelika Police Department

>Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and criminal mischief occurred in the 2500 block of Frederick Road.

Lee County Sheriff’s Office

>Third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property were reported in the 600 block of Lee Road 382, Valley.

>Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia were reported at the intersection of Lee Road 604 and Lee Road 602, Phenix City.
