With the high school baseball and softball seasons now in full swing, the Alabama Sports Writer's Association released its first rankings for the 2020 season on Wednesday.

Naturally, several local teams were included in the rankings.

The softball teams at Auburn High, Central-Phenix City, Tallassee, Glenwood and the Glenwood baseball team have been included in their respective classification. Tallassee, which is now 14-1 on the season, enters as Class 5A's No. 1 team.

The ASWA's first rankings of 2020 are as follows:
